Tradique was born from the founders’ passion for cryptocurrency. They grew tired of seeing countless soulless apps and wallets with nearly identical interfaces, technical jargon, poorly designed user flows, and a lack of fresh ideas. As active users themselves, they clearly understood the challenges experienced users face - needing rich functionality that doesn’t feel overloaded, unintuitive, or slow. United by the goal of creating a simple yet feature-rich, reliable, and efficient cryptocurrency wallet, the founders assembled a team of professionals to turn their vision into reality.

Before product development began, the founders already had a brand book with the product name and logo. Our task was to conduct user research, identify the specific pain points and problems of popular crypto wallets, create user flows and information architecture, and ultimately design a seamless, pixel-perfect user experience suitable for both beginners and professionals.

The research showed that existing apps often lack clarity: they create excessive cognitive load and rarely build enough trust for users to feel confident when performing financial operations.

Based on these insights, we set the goal of creating an app where clarity, functionality, and scalability were the top priorities. We invested significant time in building and iterating on the design system so that every interface element was carefully considered and aligned with both user needs and business goals. Our aim was to build a system where design and development work in close harmony: fast loading, fewer steps for the user, and no visual noise.

We also designed a thoughtful onboarding experience to start building trust from the very first interaction and to make every action clear, safe, and confident.

After the first round of design, we returned to users for usability testing, gathered feedback, and further refined the solutions to better align with their expectations and goals.
