Create an intuitive, seamless, and stylish interface for a unique app, taking into account all the nuances of the user experience scenarios.
solution
The goal of Luv Cotton is to free the user from unnecessary hassle, allowing them to simply enjoy the feeling of freshness, coziness, and comfort at any convenient time, without leaving their residential building lobby.
The main founder of Luv Cotton is a textile expert with extensive experience who traveled to many countries to find the softest cotton for his own bedding line. He came up with the bold idea of making ultra-premium bedding more accessible by renting it through parcel lockers, which gave birth to the concept of Luv Cotton.

By the time I joined the project, the Luv Cotton team had already conducted rounds of quantitative and qualitative user research to identify users’ desires, goals, and concerns. The main areas of interest for the team included (1) the app’s target audience, (2) people’s bedding habits, and (3) issues related to parcel lockers and their design.
The research revealed that IT professionals, other remote workers, and apartment residents were the most interested in the service. On average, people change their bedding once a week, typically during household cleaning, and comfort is the most important factor when selecting bedding. The findings also confirmed the hypothesis that parcel lockers are the most effective rental method.
When creating the user journey and the first version of the app, the focus was on convenience and speed of rental. Accordingly, we designed the fastest path from scanning the parcel locker QR code to receiving the bedding. You can try the prototype here.
